Welcome to Malaysia Food Paradaise!
Imma going to post all nice food i have eaten before!
First of all,
im going to introduce Malayisian Very-local-food : NASI LEMAK!
there are few types of nasi lemak : nasi lemak bungkus, nasi lemak ayam, nasi lemak rendang, nasi lemak with mutton and so on!
the one im going to introduce here is NASI LEMAK AYAM @ Bumbung PJ Ibumie a.k.a Maybank Nasi Lemak Ayam.
its located at a back street right behind Maybank, this is how its "Maybank Nasi Lemak" name born.
The way they serve customer is very special. You do not need to order nasi lemak ayam, when i JUST sit down, they placed few nasi lemak ayam on ur table(depends on how many person on the table). You can then start enjoying your nasi lemak. Thats the fastest food serving method i've ever seen! impressive! well, if u would like to try the other food, u have to order from them. Anyway, side order takes some time! i tried to order an indomee from those "ah nek Hindu waiters" after i finish nasi lemak ayam, it took me half an hour to wait! At last i went to the counter and order from the cook myself! They only serve their main / most wanted food quickly, which is the nasi lemak ayam.
Their Nasi lemak ayam is consider cheap! As it cost only rm4.50 which includes one fried chicken, one "telur mata", kacang(nuts), ikan bilis and cucumbers! of course, their nasi is very nice & fragrant because of the santan!
ohohoh! that was my very first nasi lemak ayam @ bumbung PJ ibumie !
Their fried chicken is extremely yummy. When you first bite of it, u can feel the crunchy skin and then follow by the juicy tender meat~ hmmmm~~ perfect bite!
Of course! Piece of fried chicken is not enough to bring you to the paradaise! that's why they have it with the 'telur mata'! It drives me real crazy when the half-cooked yolk flow into my rice! ohhhhhh goshhh! mix it with a lil of sambal with rice! awwwwwww im hungryyyyyy~~
For the sambal, its sweet and lil bit of spicy only, good news for those non-spicy taker. :P
The portion is a lil bit too much for a female, its just nice if its shared between two females. :)
Overall i would rate this nasi lemak ayam 4.3/5, YUMMEH! It will be better if the sambal is spicy! :D
p/s: will return to try their indomee goreng, heard it is nice too!
