Im locals of Klang Town. Whenever people saw me, they will tell me they came to klang before, just for a seafood dinner!
Ya right! Most of them came to this restaurant - New Boston Restaurant!
For me, a nice restaurant is not crowded with tourist , but full of locals!
This is the restaurant in klang which will ALWAYS, ya i mean EVERYDAY, crowded with locals. They actually need to arrange tables out of their shop to fulfill the demands & crowds!
People like me will get addicted to their food and willing for wait for 1-1.5hours for a meal!(Please take some light food if you are too hungry! its a long wait for this meal! :P)

| Hotpot / Sizzling pot 'Taufu' (tit ban tau fu) - Thick sauce with own spice recipe makes the taufu taste extreme yummy, add on a egg on the hotpot before they actually pour the well cook taufu on the sizzling pot! the egg brings up the taste of the whole plate of taufu and also the sauce! Mix it with rice, GREAT! My Favorite! |

| 'Yut Guong Hor' in Cantanese. 'Yut Guong' (月光) means the raw-egg in the middle, looks like a moon in the sky. while 'hor' in cantonese means 'hor fan', which is kuey-teow. This is Excellent! The Best Fried Keuy Teow i've ever tried! This is bigger portion whereby we call it "Dai Chao" in Cantonese. This is different from Penang Char Kuey Teow whereby the cook use the different way / spice to fry it. In "Dai Chao" its ordered in Person/Head. 1person portion is enough for two! That's alot if you have other side dishes! |

| New Boston Steam Lala(clams) - Superb! You won't want to waste a single drop of the soup! its super NICE! They use ginger, chilli padi, and their secret recipe to steam the lala! They sweetness of the lala dissolved and combine with the secret recipe soup! awwwww! Its Sweet & Spicy & Hot , which will make you non-stop drinking the soup, uncontrollable ! Every Table will have at least one plate of this! Its a Must-Order-dish in New Boston! Although alot of seafood restaurant tried to inspire their recipe, but they failed to! New Boston Steam Lala is always the BEST! |

| Fried Nestum PantyPrawn (HehGor / LaiLiuHar) - Although many other restaurants have this dish, but i think New Boston has the best Nestum HehGor (PantyPrawn) - Crunchy skin of the panty prawn with the fragrant of the nestum.. hmmmmm~~ Good Combination! Its real tasty but its consider as oily food, so i would recommend you to order small plate of this to share among big gang! Sometimes its quite disgust to have too much of this! Its nice anyway! Other than the dishes above, you can try Corn Sauce Panty Prawn (Jagung Heh Gor), it taste good too & its fine to take alot of it. Sotong / Panty Prawn(HehGor) Fry with GongBou Style - Their GongBou taste good also. i tried their GongBou style in Sotong & Panty Prawn, both taste good :) Fried Sotong - Very Crunchy & taste good with the chilli sauce! It taste like snack for me.. i don't really take it with rice anyway.. Something like.. appetizer? lols Fried Pork oil/Skin - Tried once! Most of my male friends love it! lol. its crunchy and tasty. But i don't really like fried thing, anyway, recommend this too :) Most of their food are nice! You can simply listed a table of Famous food of New Boston Klang! Their Food is worth for your time! Recommended for Family dinner! |
