Hou Moon Restaurant has a good cook, they started their business by selling Char Siu (barbeque meat) & Siu Yok (Roasted pork belly), 'Siu Ngap'(Roasted Duck) then turn into a Chinese Restaurant which located at Jalan Goh Hock Huat, Klang. Basically most of their dishes are delicious. The most special and irreplaceable dish is the Steamed Ginger Minced with Fish (薑茸魚). Im sure you cant find another restaurant can cook better than them!

Time to introduce the Best Steamed Ginger minced with Fish (薑茸魚）

The secret recipe of the ginger minced they use is uninspired-able! Normally the Ginger minced Fish we took has only the spicy from the ginger, we call it "Sei Lat"(死辣), which mean other than spicy from the ginger, there is no other taste from the ginger nor the fish! BUT, HOU MOON Restaurant is Famous with their Steamed Ginger Minced Fish! You can taste a lil bit spicy from the ginger, PLUS sweetness from the fish and some fried garlic taste! hmmmmm~~ Its just nice and you still can taste the freshness in the fish itself~ The combination of the spice to make the sauce is truly AWESOME! You won't want to try the other restaurant ginger mince fish after u've tried HOU MOON Restaurant's Steamed ginger minced with fish!

Other than Steamed Ginger Minced Fish, their 'Gam Heong' style fried fish is delicious too!

'Gam Heong' Style is using few spices like curry leaf, chilli padi, onion, curry powder,shrimps dried and other seasoning flavoring and fried with Meats like Chicken, Fish, Prawn, Crab & Squid!
It taste like salty & lil bit of spicy~ Malaysian's Favorite Flavor! :D
Well, for 'Gam Heong' Lovers, You should try Hou Moon's Gam Heong Fried Fish! :D

Hou Moon's Restaurant has list of Specialties ~ like 'Asam' Fish, which is more into sour and spicy category, very appetizing.

Fried Long Beans with Brinjal with crunchy shrimps dried - Nice :)

'Xiong Tong Yin Choi' （上湯菠菜/苋菜）Spinach in superior broth- Chinese Spinach (aka amaranth leaves) cook with Superior Soup with some dried squid,licium chinese Mill (枸杞) and century egg. Very healthy yet tasty Dish! All time Favorite! :D
